The Road to Paris continues with lots of gym training, another gold from the PanAm Games, and a stopover in Hollywood with Team USA and NBC Studios.

It was a long, hot summer in the south of France. With plenty of training hours under my belt, I was ready to race at the Olympic Test Event, where I moved one step closer to qualifying for the 2024 Olympics.

2023 is off to quite the start! US Olympic selection is underway, I celebrated my 22nd birthday, and was awarded my 4th Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year Award. Not too bad…

Finishing off the racing season is always followed by a deep breath of relief (ahhhh) and some valuable time off. Not long after, it’s straight back to training, and this time I headed to Hyeres & Miami.

After a long and slightly disappointing summer, I was fired up to come back stronger than ever. Read about how I prepared for the world championships and got the job done in winning my 6th consecutive world title.

This summer was… so difficult. It was fun, of course, but it was extremely mentally challenging in ways I had never experienced. Nevertheless, I continued to embrace the process, keep learning, and fighting until the end.

Recapping the Hyeres Olympic classes regatta where I got to work with Chris Draper, followed by finishing school in Hawaii and going full time with my Olympic Campaign.

After an extremely busy lead up to the prestigious Princess Sofia Regatta, I found myself off pace and in unfamiliar territory. It was an unparalleled learning experience, and I was able to comeback to take the regatta win in a dramatic final.

From training in Baja to starting my last semester at school to SailGP season 2 finale! And something about another Rolex?! It was a busy first quarter of 2022.

A summary of 2021 which included 5 major international kite racing regatta wins, joining the US SailGP team, over 6 months training and racing abroad, my 5th consecutive world championship title, and a whole lot of foiling.

After the world championships, I took time to rest, recover, and reset for the next racing season. I take time off through other activities like surfing and sailing, which allows me to feel refreshed and find new motivation for the next big training block.
